Update on Telehealth/Face-to-face counselling arrangements - December 2020
At present I am continuing to offer Telehealth appointments as standard practice, and will continue to support this mode of delivery for clients who prefer it.
Face-to-face sessions are also now available for clients when essential to client wellbeing. Please speak with me if you feel that you may require a face-to-face appointment.

Face-to-face sessions are also now available for clients when essential to client wellbeing. Please speak with me if you feel that you may require a face-to-face appointment.
There are a few changes to assist us to have face-to-face sessions safely. Please read the following carefully prior to your appointment:
- I may ask to reduce your session time from 60min to 55min to allow space between clients for the purpose of physical distancing.
- For the same reason whenever possible, please try to avoid arriving early for your appointment.
- If I feel unwell, I will discontinue face to face appointments, and I ask that if you feel unwell to please not come in for a face-to-face session. You will be asked to complete and return a health screening questionnaire prior to your appointment.
- I am also taking all reasonable precautions to maintain a clean and disinfected environment. Please use the facilities provided to wash/sanitise your hands at entry and exit from the building.
- Please comply with requirements to maintain 1.5m distance from any other persons on the premises at all times.
- You may be required to wear a mask when inside the building (subject to Government advice). Masks can be removed when outdoors, provided you are able to maintain reasonable distance from others and there is a private outdoor space available for sessions.
- Payment via direct bank transfer is preferred to minimise handling of cash/card, but credit card and cash are also acceptable forms of payment.
