Telehealth Psychology Sessions

I provide Telehealth services alongside in-person sessions.  Telehealth sessions were made available to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and have now been made a permanent part of the  Medicare rebatable services for all clients.

If you are interested in using Telehealth for your sessions, either to help minimise risk, or for convenience, you might find the information below helpful.

What is Telehealth

  • Telehealth is basically a fancy word for a video chat or can be just a phone call.
  • The Telehealth platform I use is called Coviu. Coviu allows me to deliver video and audio sessions while adhering to the strict privacy requirements of the profession and the Australian Government.
  • It is easy to use.
  • You do not need to download anything.

What do i need

You will need the following:
  • A private space
  • A device connected to the internet (computer/ipad/smartphone)
  • A decent internet connection and webcam (most devices have one built-in)
